These terms cover Hibee, operated by SWIFT PIXEL LLC. By creating an account or buying a cosmetic, you agree to these terms. Use the service only when you can legally agree, or with the permission of a parent or guardian where required.
Keep your sign-in details and recovery key private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others, harass people or contain hateful content. Contact amazingsdk@gmail.com for account help; never send us your password or recovery key.
Do not cheat, automate reward farming, exploit payment systems, disrupt games or attempt to access other players' accounts. We may remove fraudulent rewards or restrict accounts that abuse the game. Every cosmetic uses the same gameplay rules, movement speed and hitbox. Experience and pollen have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Cosmetic purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices and any applicable charges are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. Obtain the payment method owner's permission before buying. Purchased cosmetics are attached to your saved account and remain available while that account and Hibee operate; they are not transferable property or a promise that the game will operate forever. Free-earned versions have the same appearance and gameplay behavior as purchased versions.
If a purchase fails to arrive or you need a refund, contact support with your username and order identifier from your account's purchase history. Never send card details. If you already earned the selected cosmetic while checkout was open, Hibee refunds the redundant purchase. A refunded or disputed payment can remove the cosmetics granted by that payment; separately earned ownership is preserved. Nothing here limits refund or consumer rights that apply under law.
Hibee is an evolving online game. Features and balance may change, and outages can interrupt matches. We work to preserve saved progress, but cannot promise uninterrupted play. Cosmetic purchases do not buy competitive advantage, tournament entry, prizes or guaranteed future features.
